Project Overview

Walker Trail is a custom new construction mountain home built from the ground up on a wooded hillside in Sevierville, TN. The design pairs bold black board-and-batten siding with warm cedar beams, oversized windows, and wraparound composite decking that captures the surrounding Smoky Mountain views. Inside, vaulted tongue-and-groove pine ceilings, a floor-to-ceiling shiplap fireplace wall, and an open great room give the home a modern lodge feel, while a private indoor pool room adds a true resort-style amenity. Our team managed every phase from site work and framing through finish carpentry, cabinetry, and final walkthrough, delivering a one-of-a-kind East Tennessee residence.
