Estimates and quotes provided through this website or in person are non-binding and subject to change based on site conditions, material costs, project scope changes, and other factors. A formal written contract will govern the terms of any construction project.

All construction projects require a signed written agreement between the Client and GM Construction Group, LLC. The written agreement will supersede any information provided on this website or in preliminary communications.
