Walker Trail is a custom new construction mountain home we built on a wooded hillside in Sevierville. The owners wanted a modern lodge feel with serious resort-style amenities. We delivered black board-and-batten siding paired with warm cedar beams, oversized windows that frame the Smoky Mountain views, vaulted tongue-and-groove pine ceilings, a floor-to-ceiling shiplap fireplace wall, wraparound composite decking, and a private indoor pool room. Every phase from site work and framing through cabinetry and final walkthrough was managed by our team.
